Developed for parents with a child in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU), this journal helps them understand more about the NICU, record their baby's NICU events and achievements, and prepare for and celebrate the day they take their baby home. It includes helpful information on common issues and questions about the NICU, offers tips on coping, and provide checklists to help track their baby's progress.
The Preemie Health Coalition
The Preemie Health Coalition, a partnership of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the March of Dimes, and the National Association of Neonatal Nurses, was created in 2005 to help ensure preemies and their families are prepared and supported now to promote good health in the future.
