Breast milk is best for your new baby, but sometimes Dad feels left out of the experience. Eye and skin contact with both parents is important for infant development. Dad can make contact during diaper changes, giving baths, or cuddling. After feeding and burping, a content baby is just as happy snuggling up against Dad’s chest as it is Mom’s.
