Reauthorization of CHIP (Audio)

President Obama has reauthorized the Children's Health Insurance Plan (CHIP) which gives states more than $30 billion in federal funding for children's health insurance programs. The funds will be used to provide health care for those currently in CHIP, or Medicaid, and for those that may be eligible to enroll.
