Most children have normal developmental worries and fears. Although most childhood fears are rarely serious, some should alert parents and you should talk to your child about their fears. Don’t ridicule your child’s fears and talk to your pediatrician if your child’s fearful behavior begins to interfere with normal daily activities or sleep.
