​​Bounce houses can be a blast, for both children and adults. But in the past few years, increasing numbers of children have suffered injuries from inflatable bouncers; an average of 31 children a day are transported to U.S. emergency departments for treatment of bounce house injuries.

Pediatrician Gary Smith, MD, FAAP, joins the Healthy Children show on RadioMD to discuss simple ways parents can lower their children's risk of being injured while enjoying this fun activity.
