First Aid Supplies for your Car

You should prepare a first-aid kit for your home as well as one for each of your cars. The kit should contain:
- Acetaminophen or a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication (such as ibuprofen)
- Antibiotic ointment
- Prescription medications (a month’s supply)
- Sterile adhesive bandages (in various sizes)
- Gauze pads
- Adhesive tape (hypoallergenic)
- Scissors
- Tweezers
- Soap or another cleansing agent
- Petroleum jelly or another lubricant
- Moistened towelettes
- Thermometer
