Spring into Safety
March 2010 issue 2
A Note from the Medical Editor
Spring is one of my favorite seasons! The weather is warming up and kids can shed those bulky winter clothes and go outside and play. It’s also a popular time for vacations to warm places. Keep your family safe as they venture out into the warm weather and sunshine with the following information from HealthyChildren.org. Also, don’t forget to get your kids to bed earlier when the time changes! All that extra outside activity can really wear them out and getting enough sleep helps keep everyone healthy!
