Is Your Child Eating More Healthfully?

Worksheet to Take to your Pediatrician

Now that you’re becoming familiar with the path to healthier eating, use the food diaries on this worksheet to record the progress your child is making in the way he or she eats. Write down what and how much your youngster is eating during meals and snacks as soon as possible after that food is consumed.
