A Note from the Medical Editor |
Many families are eager to take a break from tests and winter weather and are busy making plans for their spring break vacations.
However, your vacations can turn sour if someone in the family gets sick. It’s best to be prepared and pack common over-the-counter medications and first aid supplies. Insect repellent and sunscreen are musts. Keep your pediatrician's phone number handy in case of an emergency, and see our article on finding a pediatrician when traveling.
Remember to pack smart, drive safely, and eat healthy.
