POISON PREVENTION
March 2014 • #71
A Note from the Medical Editor
A child’s curiosity can be dangerous when it comes to household cleaners, personal care products, and over-the-counter medications. These products, found in most homes, lead the list of accidental poisons.

If your child has come in contact with any poison, call the poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. Program it in your cell phone now, so you don’t forget!

In this newsletter, you’ll find helpful and possibly life-saving tips on how to prevent these situations and how to be prepared if one occurs.
